我的Azure帳戶並沒有使用付費的支援方案，關於非技術的問題,比如收據報統編/服務的key無法使用,我透過提交ticket(圖中的 說明+支援),都得到快速且詳盡的回覆。

同事之前升級Azure帳戶,因為我指導錯誤的關係,導致他選擇了付費的支援方案(升級後馬上收到銀行發的

刷卡通知，這時候深感銀行這功能實在太棒了),當天我透過線上客服 (只能用英文溝通 ,請點選下圖的紅框部分,即可跟客服即時chat),得到如下回覆 ↓，後來有成功退款了
